Michael Keaton is an American actor and producer most well-known for his role in the movie 'Birdman. Michael Keaton plays an actor with a wide range of skills. A versatile actor, he is also adept in a variety of dramatic and comedic parts. He began to take an interest in performing and acting when at the age of teen and tried his luck at stand-up comedy while a young man. Even though his stand-up act wasn't a success, it did pave the road for his acting. Since he wasn't able to make it as the actor of his dreams, he decided to become a television cameraman. Through working, he began to discover that he desired to appear on camera. After a couple of episodes on Mister Rogers Neighborhood, he could land an appearance on television. His talent as an actor helped him become a household name on television. His early films, he had high aspirations and was well-known for his comical role. In Tim Burton's Batman He played the superhero of the same as the title. Over time his acting ability improved and he began to look into directing and producing. The 2014 Birdman film earned him multiple nominations and awards.
